Which AI models can I use?

The AI Gateway routes to Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, Qwen, xAI Grok, Cohere and regional models such as Sahabat-AI for Bahasa Indonesia. One key, one bill, automatic fallback when a provider is down.

Where is my data stored?

You choose the region. Indonesian customers can keep data in Jakarta for UU PDP compliance; EU customers in Frankfurt or Paris for GDPR. Backups copy to a second region you pick.

How do I pay?

Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay everywhere, plus local methods: QRIS, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay and bank virtual accounts in Indonesia, GCash and Maya in the Philippines, UPI in India, Pix in Brazil, iDEAL in the Netherlands and more. Yearly billing saves 20%.

Can NEBU replace hardware testing?

Sim Lab catches controller bugs, bad gains and unsafe edge cases before hardware tests. It does not replace certification or real-world validation; Enterprise adds hardware-in-the-loop.
